- You are far from your company and you want to track your expenses ... or simply inform your company how are you spending the money... you can email you receips… so you don’t have to wait your return to deliver them. With LIVE EXPENSES you can do it!
- You want to manage a budget and keep track of all the flows (day by day or month by month). With LIVE EXPENSES you can do it!
- You want to manage inputs and outputs for each Project and store the documents of each operation. With LIVE EXPENSES you can do it!
Using a simple “user interface” you can add your inputs (for ex. your expense budget) and outputs (hotels, restaurants, car rental, etc. ...).
Each movement (in or out) can be related to:
- A project: you can create new projects to connect with your inputs and outputs;
- A picture of your receipt / invoice / bill / document. In this way, the company will have a printout while the are waiting you deliver the original document;
- A currency: use foreign currencies and the exchange rates;
- A type of expense/income: you can specify the type of input or output, such as restaurant, taxi, train, plane, etc...;
- A type of payment: such as cash, credit cards, etc...;
And finally, email eveything in HTML format and/or CSV (Microsoft Excel © compatible and all common spreadsheets) with all the pictures(documents) taken attached to your email.

Live Expenses app good for
Very nice app with a lot of options and features even if you dont buy the add ons. Only downside is that you can only view it in portrait mode, unfortunately it doesnt rotate to landscape.
Outstanding in its free version, it does all I need... Track expenses by category, take a picture of the receipt, then email it all to yourself in spreadsheet form with pics included. Ill have to check out the add-ins to see if Im missing something. Highly recommended.

Perfet application to track expenses when traveling or at home. Easy and fast to use
Used it while on vacation to track spending. Realized quickly that Starbucks coffee and stuff was costing me a fortune. Also realized a lot of money was being spent on taxis when buses were readily available. Also used it recall what I paid before for same services. Being in Mexico, everyone tries to get more from you. This app helped me stay on budget. Summary by day or category is great. I strongly suggest you try this app out.
Excellent but the free version only allows you to do one big bag of expenses instead of sorting them in categories.
Some bad moments
I was using the app constantly, but since yesterday, oct 16th, it keeps closing unexpectedly, everytime I try to open it. I tried to get in contact with the developers, but it doesnt see possible. Im very disappointed!!!

I am really surprised this app is free. It is so well-designed and functions flawlessly. I just use it to track my personal expenses, and the interface is so nice that I look forward to adding entries. Id give it 6 stars if possible, due to the fact that its both great and free.
Would give a best plus if it would sync between my iPhone and iPad. Excellent app, quick and easy.
This is a great free app. Not sure if the paid version would give me what I feel this app is missing or not, like customizing expense categories or not, but all-in-all, I love this!
This app is great for traveling, especially if you use cash. There is are a lot of apps out there for monitoring your bank account but this one you can choose from a whole bunch of currencies and actually track what you spend every day! Super convenient to add transactions, and the whole app is very intuitive. Its a must download. Also if you get the pro version you can have several projects going which is also a really nice feature. Anyways :) download it!
